53:51 Definitely my favorite line of Chuuya. I mean: his first meet again with Dazai, he clearly isn't that angry with him and tag along with the comedy part when he doesn't have to. Chuuya understands that the 18 years old him would have a different mindset with the 22 him. Chuuya knows that Dazai left a toxic environment but the way he would react in his different age....i rather not speak abt it. The 15 Chuuya after all the information would understand that Dazai left the Mafia is the best for him But the scent of betrayals keeps crawling back into his 17-18 y/o head. I love your video. soukoku's dynamic is so freaking crazy I can't even oh my god i love them

22:32 the reason Soukoku is so unstoppable is because of their strategy and strength, be it mental or physical. Dazai is stronger mentally, being able to easily pinpoint an enemy’s weaknesses and figure out a perfect way to take them down. Chuuya is stronger physically, being able to take down an entire organization in 5 minutes or less (as we see in Dead Apple). Chuuya and Dazai cooperate with each other in a way no other duo does. Dazai plans and thinks, and Chuuya acts on those plans, doing what Dazai instructs him to in order to take out the enemy in the most efficient way possible. Soukoku is unstoppable because they complete each other in many ways: Dazai doesn’t believe he’s human,but believes that Chuuya is despite Chuuya being an experiment and inhabiting Arahabaki. (sorry if that’s wrong, I haven’t read stormbringer so I don’t know much about Chuuya’s backstory) Chuuya uses corruption and Dazai makes sure he doesn’t die. Dazai is the only one able to stop Chuuya’s corruption. Dazai and Chuuya’s ability to switch up in less than a milisecond is stunning: to be able to go from childish bickering one second and then the next they are relying on each other to save one another. They fit perfectly together, like puzzle pieces. And now I’m overthinking it and ranting, sorry

No matter how many times I rewatch it, I am in AWE of the dialogues. It really shows how much time and effort you've put into the analysis of these character. Though one sided, Q most likely felt like they(I still don't know Q's gender haha) and Dazai bonded over their miserable and unfortunate existence. Plus, Dazai probably contributed more to parenting them, than Mori did. Way to make me overthink about a character I've never really considered too relevant. Q's introduction into BSD may not have been plot relevant, but their existence really adds volume to Dazai and Mori.

STOP I LOVE THIS SO MUCH Its so accurate how you depict the characters! Q and Dazai's relationship being odd at the least, with weird interactions and Yosano trying to reach Dazai as a fellow victim of Mori but he's not accepting the help, Atsushi just being a scared kid and Chuuya being the most emotionally volatile gacha character I have seen😭 The Mafia children constantly shitting on everyone else for having naive views is so infuriating but also incredibly accurate. I love everything about this video, its nearly an hour plus we get like a ten course meal of Chuuya Chuuya Chuuya at the end and I ate it all up.

This was an awesome reaction, I loved everything about it, I love how you made chuuyas humanity and how you portrayed the fact that dazai is not considered human not only by himself, but from everyone at the time, they may have simpaty for this man, but everything he did in the dark era still remains as chuuya said. I love how you portrayed Ranpo and dazais interactions, atsushi and chuuyas, dazai and q and yosano’s ; they were really well made and made think about this character’s personalities, I really love the videos you showed however Idd add something that I kinda felt missing but that isn’t something everyone has the same opinion on (I also get you couldn’t show anything, I literally started working on a reaction yesterday and Its not even 1 minute yet💀 so don’t get this as an insult or anything at all please!!), dazai’s humanity. What I like about him is that dazai is a character that each people sees in a different way and there is almost never a wrong way to view him since he’s so much, he’s also (like everyone w an ability) the “copy” of a real person, a person that felt what osamu feels in the serie (except he wasn’t a mass murderer imao), he’s so well written and scary that the way he dehumanizes himself is actually not that far from reality, because he does in fact seem a monster, he is a monster, he tried to change for the desires of his friend and although his morals are the same he still chose the right pact, and as we see when he help sigma he did save someone. Dazai can be seen as a monster who will never change, a monster who changed or so much more! You look at this man with all the pity in the world but then all that pity goes to his victims and then comes back to him, everyone would have treated dazai as a monster in the timelines of a reaction, that’s why I wished you showed more of how complex dazai is; however once again I repeat that I know how hard it must have been doing this video and couldn’t be happier, I just wanted to share the thoughts that came to my mind while watching this, I’m sorry for my poor English and choice of words but I’m not fluent in it and if I said something you don’t agree with, I also absolutely didn’t mean to sound rude since I’m actually very impressed (even if I’m no one to say this😂😂😂) I hope you have a good day you who’s reading this!!^^💕💕

I'd just like to state a few things (this will be a long comment, sorry.) 1. I don't think they're friends 😂I sure don't say my friends' names like Dazai does with Chuyya. 😂 2. I do enjoy how you made this video, but I do believe Dazai went through some rough sh*t. Mori is a canon p3do, yes? And Dazai met Mori when he was Yosano's age. When they first met Mori had Dazai strapped to a fcking bed and he did... nothing to him? I don't believe it. Dazai BURNT Mori's coat when he got the first chance. I believe Mori for sure manipulated Dazai, he probably s3xually abused Dazai and most likely physically as well. We know he did mentally but I doubt that is all. 3. You know Elise, Mori's ability? Well, she is supposedly loosely representative of Yosano but wait... Elise has curly/wavy hair. Yosano has straight hair. Who else has curly/wavy hair and also responds to Mori in almost the exact same way as Elise does? Dazai. Elise and Dazai act alike, sort of look alike, and Mori also talks to Elise as he did/does to Dazai. So let that sink in... 4. If there is a part two, which I really hope there will be, can you maybe add that to it? Mori and Dazai's relationship into depth once again. Maybe adding the fact that it is almost certain that Dazai was abused by Mori in more ways than one?
