Hey man! I'm new to your videos, but really appreciate your honesty and straight-forwardness. This is the first review I've found that I felt like addressed some of the thoughts I had re: fit etc. My one question is, do you leave your ipad in this all the time? Or do you go between that and a case? I'm really protective of my ipad (had an old pro that had issues before, specifically needing to replace the screen for faulty hardware reasons, and the cost of that made me never want to have to replace an ipad screen ever again lol) and I do a lot with it beyond just art, so the idea of needing to switch between the sketchboard and the case honestly feels like a real hassle. I wish it would honestly account for a case, even a small one!! And maybe have a more heavy-duty clip in thing. I don't know. This thing looks so helpful as someone who loves drawing on my ipad but really notices how much of a toll it takes on my posture over long periods, but this hassle seems too much to overlook. How have you found it??

I dont leave the iPad in it. I have it in a case. I use a couple of different laptop stands to help with the posture. amzn.to/3hogxj1 or amzn.to/3ECIKJI. It depends on where Im drawing. The larger one gets it closer to me and both give me varying different angles which is one thing I think they missed. I have neck problems so I cant be draped over it.

Awesome video! Really informative. I really like that couch use case. I'm struggling with neck/back pain and really wanna be able to mix it up sometimes. How has using this held up for you over the year?

It’s been great. I actually suffer from chronic neck pain. I wish the legs were longer sometimes. I think I mentioned in the video that the default landscape mode has the bottom thicker than the top so I flip it around sometimes so it’s closer to me. I’m on the shorter side so that works. Sometimes I’ll put some books under the legs to lift it higher or put it on one of those cheap laptop stands so I can sit on my bed but still position it any way I want. It’s like a laptop stand with legs that you click around. Usually around $35 on Amazon. It’s solid as a rock though. That hard plastic holds up.
