Skid Plate for CRF300 Rally

If you plan on taking your Honda CRF300 off-road you definitely need to replace the OEM skid plate. Even a budget friendly aftermarket skid plate will vastly improve your engine protection.
From the factory the CRF300 comes with a thin piece of plastic which creates the appearance of a skid plate but doesn't actually provide protection against impacts. That combined with suspension which is way under sprung on both the CRF300l and CRF300 Rally means you stand a good chance the underside of the bike will make contact with something hard and immovable on the ground.
