It's an old video on the famous s.m.a.r.t. goals but it's explained in a way that makes sense and connects the dots between actions and consequences. Many other channels and authors preferred the rule format: do this, do that and you'll be great. My ADHD brain is not able to internalise such format, I can be inspired for a while, I memorize the nice sentence, but it's soon gone. It never enter in my (messed) executive functions. Orders and rules have no place in this instinctive environment, too difficult, too strict, I can't even try. Decision is not made one time and it's definitive, but it must be made every day and every moment, again and again, and your explanation is the exact reasoning I need to keep going: Do this otherwise you'll end up in the same place, in the situations you hate. So true my friend about too many goals less focus and I am getting so dang frustrated. My #1 goal is to be able to giving spontaneously to the needy/homeless people as well as animals and still live my life of traveling. I am a brand ambassador for a Faith based health and wellness/beauty care company & we have systems in place that WILL get me there. However my issue is is it too unrealistic for my abilities or am I just in my head telling myself it's not realistic!!! Because I have soooo many other goals that are just as important to me. How do you prioritize your goals?

Drashti Gajjar regarding ur question. as a student myself m telling u it's difficult to do that thing, it's not impossible though. u should just focus on building ur skillset and studies right now. for job u can intern in ur summers or even freelance later. hope this helps.
