I just bought this and I'm excited to use it! But I have bad bone density so my question is should I be using it? Will it hurt me? Do I need to use the mirror gloves because both of my hands were affected from my stroke.

On the strengthening setting (not mirroring), does that boost the neural pathways and plasticity? Or is that only training muscles? Also, can you make the device strengthen only some of the fingers (as in weakness in the ring and pinky fingers) rather than all of them. In other words, challenge those fingers more. Thank you.

What if I have severe spasticity in my left hand? I also have very, very small hands. I was going to say what about the shoulder. I had multiple strokes and 2 brain aneurysms. My left stroke left me with left side weakness, which is also my dominant hand. Who can I speak to about this, please? Amazon doesn't have very good reviews for this. If it is so tight like he already has contractires, sustained stretch is needed. Might be difficult to use it. But if is is not contracted, it should help in addition to regular therapy. Consistency is needed
