@@Bigdaddy19714 I spent years trying to lose weight thinking I’ll just workout harder and more and just outwork my bad diet. It was a losing battle. The nutritionist was the game changer. Was shocked, the 1st thing she had me do was eat more and more often but different. I hate salads so she has never once tried to push those on me. She took a few weeks to find out what My tastes are and guided me toward healthy versions of what I like. She even put me on a daily protein shake that I kid you not, taste exactly like chips-ahoy cookies. Turns out I can lose weight, eat what I like and never feel hungry. It’s a win win.

from about 2008 to 2014 they used to do some weird and unexplained bike changes just before key moments in races where he would suddenly ride away from the best riders in the world like they were amateurs. You could also see him pressing buttons on the handlebar in a time before electroni shifting. You don't see that happen in bike races after or before that time period. Only one person has ever been caught with a motor in their bike and it was a female semi pro. Who knows ?

Yeah I agree there too. Why is it totally fine to shame someone for being thin or athletic with "you're so skinny, you should eat more", or thinking I'm crazy for wanting to lose fat/weight to be more fit? Then if you say someone is overweight and they should lose some to be healthy, that is a horrible offense? I was shamed plenty for being thin for most of my life, and it's really annoying having that kind of double standard.

Well played, Herr Ripke, well played. Und ne schöne Geschichte für den Podcast ist es auch! Ein Freund und ich fahren ab morgen vier Tage um den Bodensee ... wir haben nicht umsonst eher wenig Steigungen in die Route eingebaut ;)

This video should have a billion views … goes to show you click bait is a science. I love this video because I have been saying this to my 130 pounds cycling friends it not easy being 300 pounds trying to keep up! As they say try harder. I asked about getting a ebike they say it’s cheating

Silly to compare. Phil's body isn't developed for caring that weight. But makes a funny video
