SKEWER a la Parma - recipe by Jesse from Hamburg / @Jana C.
On a skewer - 300-400g pork neck, 200-300g ham or smoked meat (bacon...), 200-300g smoked cheese or gouga, skewers or metal needles, salt and pepper.
For coating - 2 eggs, half of sour cream 15% approx. 100g (mix with eggs) and breadcrumbs.
Jesse recommends a side of mashed potatoes or noodle salad. I made coleslaw and potatoes.
Noodle salad from Jesse - cooked pasta, Emmental cheese diced, canned corn, mayonnaise, shredded cabbage (just a little), canned mushrooms.
Skewers are very good 1 definitely recommend.
