SKMEI 1560 Watch Review

THIS is how a large display watch should be built, nice and smooth! Casio simply cannot seem to do it, with their porcupine cases, that bite me all over. I have this SKMEI on the shopping list, and found this review afterwards :) LOVE the huge display and the SMOOTH case! I think the very last smooth Casio is the small W201, and anything larger has all these st00pid spikes and protrusions Casio has been running mad with for a long time. Since Casio got away from small digitals at some point in the early 90s, they turned to designs you can find in cheap but over-priced "collector" trinkets, sold in convenience-stores and smoke-shops, very much like 80s big-hair fantasy movie and dime novel swords, with so many extra blades and spikes on the back-end of the handle, they are more dangerous to the bearer, than the main blade is to the one he is trying to turn into a kabob! Most Casios are built, as if a porcupine was cross-bred with a rhino-beetle, and I hate them! If SKMEI can improve is actual (not just claimed) water-resistance, they clean Casio's chronometers for sure.

disappointed to see there isn't a perpetual calendar feature on this watch.

I guess I like the 10 year battery text on the dial because they are a good conversation opener. When people ask about them they ask about the watch then you say oh it’s a 15 buck watch but it has a 10 year battery and it glows like a torch and…..

I wonder why they make it so tall, like a tower,seems on purpose!! Some are big diameters like clocks on your wrist, this one is just too thick for my liking; they could do much better on the light too; Have you tested the accuracy of it? not a cheap chinese...thing ? Quartz watches depend on the quality of the quartz crystal inside,i have 15 dollar casios that don't lose more than 1 second or 2,a MONTH, and i like that feature on a watch ; some 15000 dollar rolex lose like 10 or 15 seconds a month, bad watch, no want lol
