The Skoda Scala is a reasonable hatchback that is due for a facelift in 2024. However, 2023 copies are still being offered in Poland before the refresh, so it's worth checking out how this model is doing and whether it's worth taking it now or whether it's better to wait. For the drive, I received its most impressive incarnation, i.e. the Monte Carlo equipment version, which introduces sporty touches on the exterior and changes the interior a bit. In turn, the engine that worked under the hood of the presented specimen was a 1.5 TSI 150 hp gasoline mated to a manual transmission. I had the opportunity to find out how this powertrain performs by driving it on a long trip to the Bieszczady Mountains. At that time, I checked what kind of dynamics, flexibility and fuel consumption the Skoda Scala 2023 with 1.5 TSI offers on the road. In the mountains or on expressways. I also checked what kind of fuel consumption the car has in the city. The winding roads were the perfect opportunity to also evaluate the driving characteristics of this Skoda hatchback. In the video, I also show what kind of build quality and handling the Skoda Scala has, as well as how the Monte Carlo version translates into the amount of equipment on board and its price. I also check the spaciousness of the rear bench, the capacity of the trunk and how the Full LED headlights that come with the tested variant handle. I gathered all my observations and information in the video. Those who are interested in the Skoda Scala 2023 are invited to watch.
