I didn't expect such power from a 2.0 tdi, the vw 2.0 engines are definitely very powerful engines and the chassis on this skoda is very playful!

@@Raphael_le_avec these are the new generation ea288 Evo . The 122hp and 150hp are okish. The 200hp have way too much pressure in them, kaput is inevitable .

@@dragospahontu Do you have some prove or just your thoughts? This engine is more than 3 years in Audi A6 and I did'n hear anything about fatal problems. 200ps is totally different form 150ps. Alu cast and Alu pistons instead of iron cast and steel pistons. Bigger bearings, bigger turbo with electric tilting of the turbo blades, bigger cooling, etc. And there is no such a difference in pressures. The main difference is, that 200ps keeps Nm high until 3.600rpm. while 150ps only around 2.500rpm. This is main reason, why this engine pulls so strong!

On a four-lane highway (2+2) in broad daylight, a person is an idiot and will end up in some serious accident sooner or later. Unfortunately, there are such fools on German highways.

@@dragospahontu How many litres consume your Toyota? My Passat Variant with this 200ps EVO consumes between 4,5 to 5,5L/100. And I'm driving it everywhere quite fast. Highways always 160-180 Km/h. Don't know, what is your problem with this engine.

@johnwet69692 жыл бұрын
@@dragospahontu OK. So you don’t have any relevant argument. DPF is standard for every new engine today. Not only for diesel. EGR is also at almost every engine (petrol too), because some petrol engines produces same amount of NOx as diesels. All other features are common in every modern engine of almost every brand. So enjoy your old big Toyota and don’t hate EVO engine without arguments.

Tehnically, I would say this is replace for 184hp from GTD/FR since its single turbo, biturbo comes with 240hp.
