The next episode is out! FINALLY! This has really become one of my favorite Skyrim series in a long time. While the video is still new, I'm gonna drop a couple mod suggestions here; Landlord, lets you buy various businesses across Skyrim, set up trading contracts with the East Empire Company or Stormcloaks, I think it'd fit well. Now, the second suggestion I have is a little bit less fitting, but still fairly fitting in my opinion; Conquer Skyrim. I don't know how well I could explain it here, but think Bannerlord in Skyrim, just a big battle simulator where you actually do end up becoming High King. Could be fitting for an ending, considering a castle will eventually be build I presume. PS: Your modlist has seriously inspired me to do a similar thing to your modlist, and it's since become one of my favorite all time Skyrim save games, so thank you for that.

I’m using a similar mod to landlord for a special ending to the series so keep an eye out for that! Is conquest of Skyrim stable? I’ve heard it’s quite buggy but would be a lot of fun for an alternate story Glad I’ve inspired your play-through 😃

@@ValePlaysGames I've had some bugs in Conquest of Skyrim, so I would definitely make a save-game to keep note of before adding it to the load order, but the bugs I've noticed are mostly from things like rarely some warmaps stopping function (only when i've used console commands, though,) and the faction renaming function not working. The parade also bugged for me, only once. So it can be a bit buggy, but nothing a quicksave can't fix, and all the bugs I've had are pretty much one-time occurrences that didn't happen again afterwards, and even if you don't do any of the conquest stuff, you can still just get some bodyguards (fitting for a playthrough like this i've found). One minor annoyance I've found is that the resources in the mod like wood and metal aren't using smithing or Hearthfire resources, which means in a nutshell, you sadly won't be able to use things like Iron Ingots from Windstad to equip your army (the funding you get from all of that stuff will 100% be able to cover it well though) Also, if you do get it, do get the companion guidebook mod, it's pretty vital in my experience, as it lists things weirdly not listed in the base mod (things like what you can claim, general really useful tips, army management, etcetera etcetera.)

@@ValePlaysGames The last update to "Sailable Ship VR and SE" was in 6 december 2023 but with the current Skyrim update many SKSE mods and scripts broke. Still, if you're on the downgraded Skyrim SE/AE versions (not VR) what you actually need as a requirement on top of SKSE is "ConsoleUtilSSE NG", not "ConsoleUtilVR". As for the shaking, Papyrus tweak helps. The same creator also made "Sailable Ship Missions" so we are one step closer to the pirate dream.

I'd found Winstaad Mine before this channel (its such a time/lifesaver) and as you've shown, it really allows for some neat roleplay opportunities, which I think makes the game that little bit more fun. It also looks like you've got LOTD installed (based on the shrines and standing stones but correct me if i'm wrong). LOTD is also a good one but idk how much it messes w/ any of your other mods, but its one I've been enjoying). Still, looks awesome man, and I appreciate the narration. its not overly wordy, and its got some little "slice of life" bits which are a nice add in.

Ah yes, the haunted Skyrim mannequins. Because they're actual NPCs with scripts disabled. Which sometimes doesn't work right, and so they start running idle animations or even walk through the room.

The maniquin is just sheogorath being a funny guy. Also, as traveler of traveler of Tamriel, I suggest to have real bodyguard, not only just guards, but infantery too, bandits and evil beings will see your poorly protected town and bay and only Mara will know what happens to your people.

I absolutely love this series, it actually got me into Skyrim after 12 years! I've been following along in my own game, and I have to ask; how did you manage to keep up with all of the various needs for all of the different parts of the ship? Did you create a checklist or did you write it down in a notebook? Ive been doing the latter, but it's time consuming 😅
