Pick a leave in and gel that work good together. U gotta do a mix test first. Take some of each, rub it in your hand and see how it dries. If white cast is in ya hand, its not a good mix. I would also try using warm water when u do so the product gets in and not just sit in top to create that white cast. I am 4c and low porosity as well

Yeah def use warm water and try to do it on freshly washed hair, while your hair is still damp. Before this video I only use 1 moisture milk and then go in with Ecostyler argon oil and gorilla snot red bottle. If you have a good conditioner you shouldn’t have to worry about too many moisturizing products since this style should be taken down after a week! Hope that helps 🧡

You can try shea moisture coconut & hibiscus curl enhancer with extreme wetline gel to sleek down hair..but make sure you spray your hair with warm water so it can melt into your strands..I'm low porosity hair as well

I recently tried this and I'm a bit torn. It definitely holds my edges but it turns white in my hair. Maybe it's the other gel in my hair mixing with it, I'm not sure, but when it turns white nothing makes the white color go away.
