I'm an Insomniac since I was 14 and that was 6 years ago. And for the last 3 days, I've been sleeping at night and it’s so peaceful I can't explain. Sleeping at night it’s so hard for me. But I came across a video of yours, it’s really helping me to sleep at night. I'm not kidding guys. 3 days in a row, it’s rare for me. Thank you so much for your videos.

As I prepared for my evening meditation before bed, this came across my feed, so I followed my awareness and let this take me into sleep. As I listened to this last night, my sleep was powerfully rich with dream work happening, which I believe was leading me to alchemize and transmute incredible amounts of transition energy. Deeply held in the body. For me, I would not describe this as restful, but instead profoundly moving.

Is it safe for babies and children to listen to your sound baths? I have tried looking specifically for babies but I can’t find any and honestly yours are the only ones I really like! 🤗

Happy you enjoyed it! I use various higher end Sennheiser mics. However, for quality the mics are only part of the equation. It's mostly about placement & balancing. When it comes to recording high quality, then everything in your chain has to be high quality. Meaning, High quality instruments, microphones, cables, recorder etc etc
