Everything in Japan runs with clockwork precision. The express luxury bus coming a 10 minutes earlier to enable early boarding & leave in good time. The seat/sleep pads are so comfortable but the aisle is difficult to negotiate for a weightier person. But most, Japanese and Asians, are very slim - so no problem there. But for tourists - ha! ha! difficulties abound! Thumbs up for the video.

Yeah. I could fit I think (I'm not super fat but not slim either, average sized) but in an emergency people turn into dangerous blocks. If someone was struggling to get off, it could be an honest disaster. 🙁 But the McDonald's thing... I prefer local food but sometimes you want a meal that's the same no matter where you are and tastes fine. And they got you covered.

@@SoloSoloTravel A bathroom would not be needed - who wants to take a bath while riding a bus - but a toilet should of course be available. That really goes without saying.

WOW. I have never seen any thing like this before. The coach seats in the UK are regular seats, nothing fancy and/or comfortable, so trying to sleep in them is impossible. The problem is they try to fit as many seats in them as possible to make as much money as possible. Profit over people. The same is happening with planes (especially EasyJet where your knees are up to your ears. The last EJ flight I was on I almost had an anxiety attack due to the lack of space between me and the seat in front. Very claustrophobic). And the coffee machine was amazing. Thank you for the upload.
