In other parts of the World sheep's meat is generally referred to as Mutton and sheep meat has an acquired flavor and smell that many people do not like. But by mutton, Indians and people in Indian subcontinent mean castrated male goat meat/female goat meat/chevon meat (chevon is yoing goat) which is defintely tastier than sheep meat by leaps and bounds. So do not confuse yourselves when eating mutton in India. If you are eating mutton in India, that is goat meat and not sheep meat.

@@Escapeists Indeed. Do try "Mutton Kasha" at any Indian Bengali restaurant. It is a delicacy from Bengal (an eastern Indian state) marinated in a combination of spice including red chili, pepper lime juice and yogurt for hours and then roasted in mustard oil and then braised and tempered with clarified butter and other spices- tastes delicious. Try it with either plain rice or "Luchi" (a traditional bengali deepfried puffed bread made of refined flour similar to "Puri" bread found in north India although unlike "luchi", the "puri" is made of plain flour). Amazing combination. Your tastebuds will be in the seventh heaven.

13:27 I have a simple explanation for the bad staff. Basically this place hired the locals with not enough qualifications to cut out on the costs. Whereas in other hotel chains, they have proper hiring process with qualification and background checks

Yes more than 500 years of Islamic Mughal rule and legacy in the almost all of the Subcontinent till Brits annexed the last and ever resisted Dravida South. Their beautiful arts and architecture, mostly resembling to Persian and Central Asian Islamic. Edit: the food, music and the musical instruments blend of ancient Persia, Near East and Central Asia. But the South is still mostly unique including their unique language Dravida.

The staffs are mostly not from the hospitality trained or industry. There family ancestors were associated with the royal family and hence they lack people skills.😊

You are wrong about that assumption, the royalty doesn't even live there or probably living somewhere in Europe, they have rented it to Neem Rana hotels who acquires places of heritage and tourist value . Perhaps the staff there is employed by the same group , how on earth can someone expect princely time royalty to do all that work lol how stupid you would be to assume that they would be doing that job ? 😂
