I thought since the filters came 2 to a pack that they should be used together. Looks like that was a poor assumption!

How do you remove message "change your filter and contact your healthcare provider"? I changed filter but message is stil there.

Weird that I keep getting filters in sets of two when there's only one filter area, but that's the only one I see too.

@@SleepRightAustralia I saw another video that said “enjoy 14 days of fresh air!” - 14 days??? I also get 2 filters, I change them every 6 to 8 weeks but in-between, do flick the filter with my finger “in case.” I absolutely don’t see the need to change every 14 days… 🤪😳 I’m not in a high-dust area. Liked your video much better! 😅 I do have to add there isn’t a “shiny/smooth side” but there is definitely a smooth side and a textured/rough side; I just lie the smooth side down first then close the flap. 🤷🏻‍♀️
