We used to do that with our kids, put out carrots with the cookies and a note to Santa thanking him for the presents. Then after they went to bed, we would break the tops off the carrots and place them in the yard so the kids would think that the reindeer ate the carrots. Fun times!🙂

I think it works, but you may want to reduce the amount to avoid it from getting too crunchy. I’m sorry I can’t give you the exact measurements since I haven’t tried it before🙏🏻

Any time I've tried making icebox cookies they end up flattening on one side in the freezer. Do you have any tips on keeping your cookie logs round when freezing?

You can wrap firmer cookie dough around the surface or cover all the design thinly first, freeze, and cover the rest. You can also adjust the shape with peeler and hands later.
