One important thing to note for any effect that gives slicer itself an ability - like sticky fingers - when you're donating slicer the person who controls slicer gets the treasure. Equipment usually doesn't have this restriction as you control the equipment even when slicer is donated

LOL On the Transformer Wiki for Slicer it begins with: ''Slicer (aka Slice) only knows one thing: attack.'', how apt that it is all your going to do. I'd like to suggest Seize the Day but when I last purchased some it was $1USD each now they are $5.99USD, not as budget as I would like BUT Seize the Day has easily closed out games :P

Kediss is a poor choice for this commander, given Slicer will not be under your control a large portion of the time. Instead of Swiftfoot Boots, I'd recommend Mirror Shield; not much more mana, but you still grant Slicer hexproof and a little additional protection. ~$0.19 USD. Mask of Avacyn also works; ~$0.29, but it's less mana efficient. I'd cut Dictate of the Twin Gods unless you're feeling particularly spicy; it's fairly risky given it applies to all players and permanents, including your own. I'd also recommend Forgotten Cave and/or Smoldering Crater for lands -- they're very cheap (

Yes. Any positive effects from Slicer will come to you

This matters for effects like Sticky Fingers, which gives the triggered ability to the enchanted creature, not the aura. Sticky Fingers would make your opponents treasure since they control the creature that has that ability. Compare this to Goldvein Pick. You, the Slicer player, control the equipment (and auras) attached to Slicer even as it exchanges control. Since you, the Slicer player, are the controller of the source of the ability, you would make treasures from pick while your opponents hit each other
