We meet Marie Therese Louise with whom we discover fruits and vegetables coming from Laos’ land, Guiana’s being to hard to labour. With them, the cooks here can do wonders. They show us three irresistible recipes: Amazonas snapper, shrimp tempura and croupia sandwich with cardamom butter.
