I'm with your mom, dress first, then makeup. Don't want foundation on my clothes or messing my hair. Brides step into their dress, that's why they do makeup first. 😁

I put my makeup on after I'm dressed. Depending on what I'm wearing will change how I do my makeup. The only time I have gotten makeup on my clothing is when I do my makeup first. The makeup transfers when my clothing goes over my head. The bride usually has assistance getting the dress over her head :-). I love your videos. Thanks for your information.

Where is the document link? Also, with my oatmeal, if I used oat milk powder (only ingredient is organic oats by JOI - 1.5 gm fat, 0 gm sugar) then add water, is that okay? Great tip on dressing lettuce! Sm really enjoying this series with your mom.

What are your thoughts on suggested quantities of tofu and/or beans for adding protein based starches per day for adults 60 and older a day? I am so confused about how much a day is generally recommended for our age group. I understand that customization is still recommended of course. Just looking for high level stuff. And are beans considered starch in the same way that potatoes, corn, whole grains are what I call dense starches. ????
