88'... That was the year I got my 1st real bike. A 88 GT vertigo St. White with hot pink decals. I loved that bike. Rode it till I got my license.

Loved my second generation 87 Pro Performer. Wish Fiola remade those. This video takes me back to my teen years. Martin has that hair spray and Swatches on lock!

at that year 1988 nobody would have thought the bmx industry was about to end its best era in 2 years. not even martin who sitting there talking about his tricks would know most riders will be out of jobs very soon.

Who the hell would down vote this 2 times? Without these guys and many others there wouldnt be bmx today. We would be on bikes with ape hangers and banana seats.

Probably one of these emo neo-bmx'ers who hate the world and think they have "invented" something that has been going on since the 70's.

Google image search this tape. The back cover of the VHS case says it was released in 1987.Also Eddie wasn't riding for GT by 1988.
@OldSchoolBMXTVАй бұрын
It was released in April 1998, the production (Filming) and all artwork and packing was done in 1987. It's not like today where you film, edit and upload within 2 hours.

GT / Haro and only a couple others are still in business from the 80s. Many newer companies make / develop BMX / Street Bikes now

@@OldSchoolBMXTV ..I had a Craig Campbell Prolite...best selling freestyle frame and forks in the UK for a time. Loved that bike. Wish I kept it!
