OK, so after listening the whole album I can, definitely say that this is the best Slipknot album. It has such an unique melancholic Silent Hill-esque and Opeth-esque atmosphere mixed with death/thrash metal guitars and lovely psychedelic art rock passages. This is pure art!

What an album. A great mix of everything after Iowa with some nods to the classic stuff. I love how unique it still is to other Slipknot stuff and other music in general. The guitars and drumming are very reminiscent of AHIG and Vol.3 and the scratching and sampling similar to T.G.C. with vocals from WANYK. Absolutely great for me.

Man, I love the pizzicato strings in this song, they add a magical and familiar aura to an already beatiful song. One of the best Slipknot has ever made, in my opinion. And Sid's scratches, the guitar at 2:19, so different instruments working so perfectly together. And the choir at the end... the cherry on the cake. It's in songs like this one where this band really shines and reveals what great musicians they really are.

My grandmother died earlier this year and a few days later one of my personal idols in music taylor hawkins passed, this song really speaks to me in ways that words genuinely can't describe, I don't know the lyrics to this song other than the chorus so if that's no indication that the instrumentation is on point I don't know what is.
