Now this is the perfect meal on a cold winter day! 😍 This looks so warm and wholesome, especially when snow is falling! 😘 And we almost had fall in Texas, with cooler days and a crispness in the air. But Mother Nature said no, this is Texas and fall won't be seen until Christmas! 😉 But it's back in the 80's and we have to get out the sunscreen and mosquito repellent.🤔 But the butterflies don't care because they came anyway, knowing it's time to keep moving. 🦋 But I'll be saving these wonderful recipes for when it really gets cold. 🥶 So I'll probably be pulling out these great recipes about January when we really get snow. Since it was 87° yesterday, I think I'll wait until there's a nip in the air. ☺️ Thanks for sharing another great recipe! 🥰

You can chop up some dill pickle and add that to the soup when you plate it. That way you can use it or not. Also a bit of tomato paste and a bit of dijon mustard.... to that mix...

Catherine, I just popped everything in the crockpot this morning and cooked it for 5 hours.... AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!! I used 3.3 lbs of hamburger because I'm a meat freak🤪 and I used 1/3 more American cheese because that's what I had. I will definitely be making this again👍🏻

Love almost anything with Potatoes. Looks rich and Hearty too. Its always nice to have something warm to enjoy as the weather turns cold. I can't wait to try your recipe. Only thing is I might adjust it a little. I will be adding some fresh Roasted Green Aneheim Chiles in small Strips along with just a little tomatoe and less Velveeta for me ...replaced with SHARP Cheddar instead.
