Is there a training style that you can do to target fast twitch fibers specifically e.g. plyometrics?

Speed of movement does not factor. It’s movements you can do to exhaustion. Progressive. Recruitment is based on need. FT fiber will not be recruited unless needed.

You could do "explosive" exercises like box jumps or medicine ball throws. Anything that needs a lot of power in a short burst (power = force * velocity).
