yes William Cheung does his form quite differently to Ip Man, the footage of Ip Man's form is on youtube. So long as you form all makes sense and helps you get better then it's good.

EXCELLENT DEMONSTRATION W GOOD CAMERA ANGLE. I PUT ON QUARTER TO HALF SPEED + LEARNED EACH SECTION AT A TIME; VERY HARD I N THE BEGINNING - THEN BASIC MOVES BECOME MORE NATURAL. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF DOING A SECTION BETWEEN EACH SET OF MY WEIGHT TRAINING, i KNOW THEM ALL ROUGHLY + HAVE TO WORK ON PERFECTING. THEN I WILL INCREASE SPEED + POWER. THANK YOU!

How do I condition my arms?

Sand bags & wall bags. Knuckle push-ups on concrete then [after conditioning] hitting wall-bags & concrete until one's bones are conditioned/hardened. This is NOT for everyone. Ip Man rarely taught his kicking form due to the pain of bone-hardening it required. He knee most would not follow through with the pain of training the most lethal element of Wing Chun.

+Slobodan Boskovic well the dummy forms are diffrent depnes on if he has learn his form from ip mans wing chun or yao cai becuse they are queite diffrent. but the funny thing is that they both hade the same teacher.
