I like your videos of the mobile homes you're showing I just would like to know a couple of things if you would State the brand of appliances, washer-dryer, oven stove refrigerator dishwasher. What does air conditioning run in that particular mobile home what are the utilities? This information is necessary for people on fixed incomes and if they're in a 55 + Community most people are on a tight budget. I noticed sometimes lot rent is only yard not garbage pickup for water or any or sewage, is that normal especially since they're so high?
