Using all costumes for the final boss would’ve been more fitting. Because with the exception of The Grizz, every other boss against the main villains requires that episode’s costume. So using them all against Le Paradox would’ve definitely make it more climactic.

I agree that the final boss was too easy, and it could have been way more better and a challenge for a satisfied finish, kinda reminds us of Penelope Lefwee boss in 3.

Yeah that boss is quite divisive due to the game throwing in a gameplay style that you don't get to use elsewhere in the game.

It being a time travel game, the final boss could've easily been Clockwerk. Imagine fighting him pre-mechanical form and then you defeat him, and then the end credits shows him returning as a machine, thus completing the loop.

Personally haven't made it to this boss yet, as I'm yet to finish the ice Age episode. But I have known about how this boss plays out. It is interesting how Sanzaru winds up with time constraints, even when being brought on to do Spyro 3 for Reignited. Or even Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal. Really would've liked to see what could've been, if not for the time constraints.

I used to like this game, but now... not anymore. Game felt weak to me comparing to other Sly games and three sour spots (Boss of Chapter 4, Final Boss and Cliffhanger Ending) ruined game for me. I'm sorry, but I rather play original trilogy.

I didn’t mind the button pressing in Thieves in Time Final Boss, but I do agree that Thieves in Time would’ve added some more depth in Final Boss where we play as Sly, Murray, and the Ancestors and we use the Costumes from different Time Periods when fighting Le Paradox

Yeah both the A and B options and then some would've been nice for Thieves in Time's finale, if the budget and time was there, it could've been something really special, it could've made the Sly fan base agree on at least one thing Thieves in Time did right, a spectacular finale.

I completely understand why they chose the ancestors over the layered boss, it is a shame that they weren’t offered more time or funding by Sony to do both, although if I’m being honest I can’t really see the use of ALL the costumes, however I could see at the very least the archer and thief outfit

I knew why Sly doesn’t want his ancestors can’t fight Le paradox because if they die, he will die. Sly can’t be born without his ancestors so if they were there for him with his gang, he would have told them that he does not want to see them die and shocks prefect sense in to them.

We defiantly would have had a different game but not a different end. I'd probably go with the original idea of the boss fight, using Sly's costumes in certain paterns in order to get close to Le Paradox as the Blimp falls apart. Maybe Le Paradox copies Sly and uses his own costumes to make things more difficult

When I first played the game when it first came out, that final boss didn't bother me and it still don't, but looking back on it, it could have been so much more.

I like the boss fight thought it was hard and long the button mashing made the fight cooler and epic but I do like the idea the devs had I like a longer game.

After u mentioned the rail slide part it does show how big the Blimp was it would've been pretty cool if there was more of a chase room to room or something using the costumes to get through each room. But I will never forget completing that boss fight in 1 try, probably the boss fight that took 1 try😭

In my opinion: Sly Cooper Thieves in Time final boss Le Paradox is more easier than other bosses before, El Jefe, Toothpick, Grizz (what is most funnier and meme boss in history of Sly Cooper games), The Black Knight Penelope (what Sanzaru ruined really badly) and lady Desibel. I hqve a love hate relationship for Sly 4, I hqve a good memories of playing thegame first time wkth my Big brother's PS VITA, then I liked how amazing game looked when I was a kid but when I played Sly Cooper trilogy 2-4 Sly Cooper 2 and 3 are my favourite Sly games defienitily Sly Cooper 2 Band of Thieves what was my first played Sly Cooper game after first Sly game Sly Raccoon what is good too before I didin't like it because when I was a kid and played it I was too bad and can'tplay whole game because missions like submarine quest was too hard. Now when im an adult 21 years old I respect Sly 1 too and it's nice Sly 1 got it's finntub too like what Sly 2 3 and 4 have, 2 and 3 finndubs are best, 4 is too diffrent. By the way I have a birthday almost on same day with Sly Raccoon, Sly Raccoon relased on september 23 2002 and I was borned september 28 5 days after Sly Cooper and it's funny Sly Raccoon was my first ever game I've played on Ps2 and then Sly 2 and 3. Sly Cooper will alwaya be near of my heart Sucker Punch is one of best game studios of sony (Sansaru ruined the whole gameserie) but I wan't to learn like Sly Cooper Thieves in time too but it's hard. I still hope Sly Cooper 5 will come someday after these 10 years of Sly 4 what is hard to believe Sly 4 is that old, I feel an old... 📖💎💰🦝🐢🦛🦊🎮💙🤍🔥🔥

Sly 1, was revolutionary for its time, and was a great game. sly2, they took everything good with sly 1 and amplified it by 15. sly3, a bit of a strech of what they thought work, but still a good game. sly4, they took everything they thought we liked from sly 3 and made it into a game. I personally enjoyed 3 more than 2 the gameplay was more and you had new playable characters, and also the story was fantastic with the whole building your own gang with a great ending But Sly 2 is very good as well and I can see why it's the most favorite one of the franchise Sly 1 and 4 are very fun for what they are though I definitely enjoyed the story from Sly 1

While I didn’t hate the final boss fight as much as most people I do think it would’ve been so much cooler to have a boss fight where you alternate between the different ancestors and then ultimately finishing the battle as Sly where you have to utilize the different costumes in some way, now I realize that sounds like it would probably be a little too complicated but I’m sure they could’ve found some way to work it out

And what's also worse? 100% Secret Ending doesn't help in the slightest. It hurts enjoyment out of game. And I didn't enjoying going for 100% (in terms of trophies), it's not worth it. Personally, I find "Sly Cooper 4: Thieves in Time" really weak comparing to Sly Cooper games done by Sucker Punch.

Ok, so Vivi, hear me out Chapter 5, the unused mole, will replace Ms. desible In the final area, the second, Rioichi gets his cane Ms. Desible appears throughout the whole level. Not only are you aquiring the canes, but you are also caught up in a 6 phased boss fight against her For Le paradoxes fight, it will start with button mashing, then as your going through time portal, you will have to use every costume Sly has gained throughout the game then the last section could be the same

No official Spyro 4 announcement whatsoever or anything of the sort during the month of September. How do you feel about it, Vivi? I’m a bit mixed on it. Next year is year of the dragon after all but I just don’t think we’re getting a new game anytime soon at all. Otherwise they would’ve announced something. All the focus seems to be going to crash team rumble right now. Season 2 comes out in November as well I believe.

I really don't like to bring bad mood, but chances of Spyro 4 is so slim right now. Since Activision is more interested in Crash right about now and since Ripto already become playable in Crash Team Rumble - we most likely gonna see out purple boy in that game in upcoming future.

@@BrennySpain Even then Sonic had a really rough time during Meta Era (Sonic Colors - Sonic Colors Ultimate), only barely recovered on Sonic Frontiers. It also angers me is that SEGA of Japan wanted to abandon Sonic as mascot franchise in favour to other franchises (Persona and Yakuza) due to NOT been popular in Japan. And it proves how selfish companies don’t care about franchises, if they’re not profitable

Matt Kraemer mentioned in a sanzaru live stream once that Le Paradox was originally going to be revealed as not an actual skunk but as a fox that painted itself. This would later lead to it being revealed that he was carmelitas ex boyfriend (WTF (what the freak)). I think LP is too ugly for Carmelita. I personally think she should end up with mugshot because they share the same political views and clearly have a mutual attraction.
