You do not have to go into the past to enjoy this music,it will always be there, just because we get older doesn't mean we can't travel back in time in our hearts and minds and bring up vivid memories of our youth. My wife ,God rest her soul, when asked how old she was ,would reply," I'm 16 and I'm going through my second child hood ,and I'll never grow up," she honored this until the day the Lord Jesus called her home. So stay young at heart and don't ever let anyone say to you " act your age" So enjoy this music, and always stay forever young. BECAUSE LIFE is very short . GOD BLESS YOU.

In 1986, I was "between wives" and fell desperately in love with Kathy S. We spent many hours together, but never had sex. She was married. She almost left him for me, but I asked her, "What if, in a year, you realize you made a mistake?" I couldn't bring myself to even think about making her unhappy. I recontacted her some 30 years later, and she remembered the times we had together fondly. I'm in a happy marriage with another loving woman, but still think of her often. She spent her years married to someone she was happy with. I don't regret it, but I still have feelings for her. I wish her nothing but the best.

Nice effort. Unfortunately, a complete waste. No one was better for their effort, and with some effort, it could have been marginally better. Thrown together in the back of a lorry.

@@gerard4870 Was in heavy rotation on rock radio. Peaked at No. 2 on UK Singles and No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100. Now a staple of classic rock radio. If a song resonates with people, if it entertains them, if it stirs their emotions, it benefits them. That's not "a waste."

@@gerard4870 WOW! I guess that's one way to put it. Next time I take the ferry ride out of Newport Beach, CA, I'll stand in the rear of the "lorry" and silently hum it to myself....with little to some effort. BCRadio

We were so fortunate to have grown up in that time. The music was good and the lyrics too, no dirty foul language in the songs. Still listening at 72😂❤
