Hi Beth: I have a question. I had a total reverse shoulder surgery last June which means that my shoulder will not allow me to do certain movements such as going behind my back. Do you have a suggestion for the floor movement when you take your arms backwards. Thank you for all that you do.

For the exercise in this workout you can just do a smaller range of motion so more like a semi-circle.
