I love this little home. The only thing I would change is... I'm a bath gal so I would put in a tub. But with me & my pup, the 1 bath 2 bed is the perfect size. I really like the layout of the kitchen. I'm a full time cook & baker & it is set up for just that. Closet space seems very nice & is plenty. The stackable w/d is placed just right, as well. Both beds seem plenty big enough. Am crazy about the windows throughout & the great size porch. Would buy this one in a NY min. Thanks for ready all I had to say. Blessings

Palm Harbor is suppose to be a quality builder I have heard. Thank you for showing us this cute home. I am guessing PH is asking about $120k, then moving around the state and permanent foundation = total cost of about $160k or so .

I’m praying for a porch doesn’t look tiny to me. I’m 35 single woman no husband no kids of I had kids is why I wanted a 3rd room but if I never did then I’d stay because I plan to stay 5-7 years or right before my kid goes to school then I would get stuck built but at 35/36 I need my own again finally I been home for many years now
