I'm new to martial art and have so much fun watching and doing exercises from your videos. It's really improved my skills. I'm 48 y.o and never do martial art before. I‘m trying to get back in martial arts, especially in kick/Thai boxing. A friend showed me your workout an I like it so far. At the moment (right after this session) I completely done 😂 Great job, keep going and have a nice day

I have watched a few of your videos because I am refilling my friend's old punching bag and I bought some gloves. At first I was just going to punch the bag to work out but I started looking up the right techniques so I don't hurt myself. I have a feeling your Muay Thai videos are going to be very helpful and I am excited to start on this journey! Thank you.

Hi Samantha, that's awesome and exciting! Yup just start slow and less power, make sure you're punching with your knuckles and with good wrist alignment so you don't injure yourself. Work on finding your range and balance with the strikes.. Once you're comfortable, pick up the intensity :) Have fun and best of luck! :)
