I'm loving these combination videos: warm up + technique + conditioning. I hear you're coming out of quarantine over there, but if you can keep it up for us less lucky in the rest ofthe world, it'd be great! Congratulations on the great videos, and thank you so much for sharing your expertise!

This was awesome as always😍 but I couldn't do a full push up just knee push up can you do a video to help beginners to get our full push up?

hey! my upper body strength is in need of work for 2021 so I FEEL YOU :) Push ups and any similar exercise I always found them challenging - I may not be the best at showing you how its done but I can show you how I improved mine in time :)
