Phil is a vocal coach himself. I am sure he would really enjoy your reaction to this! By the way, raw vocals from these guys are just as good as the big productions. I was lucky enough to be rained out of a concert with them in the parking lot and they played some of their stuff while we waited for the concert to continue. Really sweet guys too

He’s also a nice guy. I saw them when they opened for Hinder. After STT finished, The whole band came out ahead of schedule so I could get a picture with them. We were only there to see STT. We left before Hinder took the stage.

Lead singer *performed* this song, he didn't just sing it. Watching his face during the video he looks like he's having fun and really playing into the song. I get a very "theater" vibe from him and his performance. Very charismatic and playful performance. Brilliant.

If you want unexpected, check out Small Town Titans doing Hallelujah. Also, their original music is insane. Phil wrote a song called Dragonfly for his mom, who passed away, that has touched many of us beyond words. You would never think it was the same singer. Check out his completely different style with his wife as they perform as Lucille and The Wolf. The creativity and musical talent of everyone in this band is just off the charts! Go listen to tye beautiful fugue in the middle of Devil's Choir. I mean ... they are on repeat for me every day. Welcome to your new obsession. :)

Absolutely love that you reacted to this. I'm amazed with the number of reactors that haven't check this out as well as other Small Town Titans songs as well. Your breakdown and explanation were beautiful. One of their or "Phil's" songs that really hit me is "Dragonfly" that he wrote after his mom lost a 3 yr battle with cancer. The message he has under the video explains in detail the passion that drove him to write it. He's also a vocal coach/instructor.
