India and China have the largest populations of the world followed by the United States, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Russia, Mexico, Japan, Ethiopia, Philippines, Egypt and Vietnam. With this map you can see both the population levels as well as the density of the population.
*Correction: Mexico is part of North America and not Central America, which is stated in the video. That mistake is on me, and I can only apologize.

Arable land in India is 53%, according to the World Bank which is only behind Ukraine and Bangladesh (among big countries). While the number for Earth's avg arable land is just 11%. 17% in the US, 13% in china and 7% in Russia. India's demography is almost at it's peak at the moment. It'll start declining since this decade as the TFR(total fertility rate) has declined to 2.(For the population in a given area to remain stable, an overall TFR of 2.1 is needed).

This is a good guideline but a couple factors make it less ideal for visualizing population density and where it is. The Mercator projection map makes countries closer to the equator smaller thus look denser. Secondly, going by country doesn't show how Australia's population is at least 90% on the cost or that china's population is almost entirely in the east.
