Smallest Working Lego Technic Engine to inc 8 Valves, Distributor, Camshaft, Conrods, Push Rods

This could be the World’s smallest running inline 4 cylinder 4 Stroke engine made out of Lego parts.
All the timings are correct with the Camshaft and Distributor running at 50% of the speed of the Crankshaft’s rotation
The Camshaft has been designed to replicate the the firing order of 1.3.4.2. following the principle of intake, compression, power, and exhaust
Each tiny fake rocker / valve which is pushed via pushrods has been timed to work what the above 4 stroke cycle process. This means every second rotation, both are stationary for that cylinder before exhaust and induction takes place
I hope you like this unique Lego Technic Engine. I know I do and find it a little hypnotic when watching the fake Lego engine running

With a OHV, the pushrod are pushed via the camshaft which then pushes the rockers which in turn push the valves. The springs on a real engine close the valves. But as it’s Lego, I decided to allow gravity to give a helping hand 😊
