The S18 smart fitness watch from Senbono is the first we are reviewing after the coronavirus outbreak. It’s a basic fitness watch with an interesting bezel and an octagon center section where the watch display presents itself in bright vivid colors. There are three faces available pushed from the app, and the watch handles the basic functions plus health readings for heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen. Unfortunately readings for these health parameters can be derived from a stack of post-it notes which brings trusting their values into question, especially considering all three readings are within an acceptable (and believable) range for normal measurements. It's an interesting test using the post it notes. How does it compare with other watches? this could be a valid test since the sensors respond to reflected light. It other watches give similar readings you may have stumbled on a way to test for accuracy. Now, just need to compare the readings with other measuring devices to check for accuracy. If it is the same, then maybe using the post it notes will work to test for consistency? No, they aren't medical devices, but they do have the potential for being valuable if they are consistent and within acceptable range to warn a person of any drastic changes in their health that would get them to talk to their doctor. The one watch I have now has a fairly accurate heart rate monitor. It does get the occasional extreme reading, which I ignore, as I look at the average / trend, especially in sleeping, which my doctors look at to know that I am doing o.k., especially at night. So, don't be dismissive of these features. People look at your reviews to validate if it's worth buying or not, including blood pressure and blood oxygen. If these features don't work, then say so with the evidence. Otherwise I don't feel like you are fulfilling your role as a watch reviewer. You are doing these reviews to help people make wise purchases. If your not going to give accurate and complete reviews, then why are you doing this for?

Do you know any of these watch’s with Blood Pressure monitoring capabilities to be confirmed accurate (or at least within the ballpark of accurate)? It seems to be one feature that is always gimmicky and spotty at best.

I've seen a few heart rate devices confirmed accurate that use ECG+PPG to get a better reading, but blood pressure accuracy without an actual cuff has been hard to certify accurate.

The real question you can never answer smartwatch ticks. That is how do you get a small square screen for all all gt third party loaded apps. Because you said it would work but it didn't so your a scammer!!!!

I answer that all the time, Chen. You just haven't watched enough videos! Tap and hold the power button. Touch the round circle at the top and watch it change to a square. Tap cancel at the bottom. Your 3rd party app is now in a square. Now don't be a scammer comment poster! Fair? OF course, we both know this only works on Android smartwatches even though you inappropriately posted your comment on the S18 smartwatch.
