Pretty sure that it's because he's so tall that he gets hit by the upper hitboxes that don't position for an UpSmash. All the characters that are immune to this combo are either very tall or so light that get sent too high as well

Just a note, dtilt to front hit of bair to fair is true on middleweights at 50ish percent. Hit the dtilt close, then jump in to the enemy. with bair. If done correctly, they get knocked forward followup with fair. Situational but still worth mentioning.

I recently got back into smash after years of not playing, and I played a little with Sephirot, Cloud, Greninja, Lucario, and Mewtwo. I opted to main Mewtwo and once in a while shuffle between sephiroth, cloud, and ninja. I definitelt appreciate this video, very organized, detailed, and informative.

Any charterer that can teleport instantly has my attention as it's not only flashy but practical if used properly. Meta Knight was the one that made the whole teleport and fuck with the opponents head type of playstyle fun for me and Mewtwo that exact mind game type playstyle that I love.

There are a few characters who need revisiting now imo. A few have had patch changes and some are also just... outdated. Falco would definitely do with a refresh.

yea I agree...the reason why I said Cloud specifically was because Izaw's Art of Cloud was uploaded like not even a day after he was released for DLC, so the character was still not really fully optimized by the competitive community...so even taking patches out of the equation there's still a lot more that could've been covered...

the first hit of mewtwo's jab into down B(disable) works pretty well on most characters(not floaters or any monado jump shulks as they can jump out plus are too short for mewtwo's down B to work) as most players are unlikely to jump or perhaps shield in time and as a result get stunned by disable, making for easy kos(or knocking them away to charge shadow ball up). It's one of the few things I like doing as mewtwo(and his dair being able to be short hopped into is a useful tool despite leaving him vulnerable to perfect shielders or characters with range)

Another mix up if your opponent is not expecting is jab 1 into disable.... Even if opponent is turned away, jab will force to face you allowing for disable. Works at high percents but jab can be di out of. Niche mixup that can be devastating

Also it works best on heavys and shorties like Kirby and jiggly will be harder.... It's optimal you jab when they are close so oos is best option... Or when they run up unsafely... For most characters this can net a fully charged up smash around 90% which depending di will kill....
