I can relate I want my opponent to know exactly why I main Link. Once u master Z drop you are a huge threat. Any character can maximize damage with items but Champion Link can do heavy mix ups with his remote bomb well before detonating.

@@johnhurley8918 I'm a 3m gsp link main and this dude is fire no doubt but he needs to f air more for kills. He's really good at ledge guarding with bombs and projectiles but on link your enemy shouldn't be hitting 150+ f air kills at like 92 or something around there

Cory Keelan No disrespect but Izaw does not need your advice dude lmao he knows his character in and out so I’m sure he knows when fair kills and where. Getting a fair kill in tournament isn’t nearly as easy as getting a fair kill online, especially not in top 24.

Woah, Izaw is a damn behemoth of a Link. I gotta be honest, as great a set as this was I had to root for Lian though just for the Samus main in me - and he's no slouch at Samus either.

Same here I want Samus to win, or at least be very aggressive but Link just outdoes her mid and long range game. But the games came pretty close regardless.

@@gunblade8674 I mean in terms of utility, Link's projectiles combo, are safer, travel farther, and pressure better. Samus has trouble getting her projectiles out or the space to set up. It's like combating utility with power and in Smash Bros, power loses the exchange, just look at any Super heavyweight for example.

that second round was crazy, it's a perfect example of how just the smallest difference in a stage can completely change a fight. lian absolutely dominated izaw on that map, it was obvious from the beginning izaw was uncomfortable on that map and lian was perfectly complacent, he setup his combos extremely well because he knew the stage and izaw wasn't prepared, though in his defense, he fought very well.

Not enough ledge pressure or neutral game pressure. A lot of smash 4 samus dont have neither and focus on purely on samus's spacing game. We need more melee samus's in here with the right ledge and center stage pressure game taticts that weren't viable in smash 4 but are in ultimate.
