The "spam" is an onion sausage based on the German Jagdwurst. In Finland it's cut to thick slices for making a snack bar classic from the town Pori called Porilainen, which is their take on the Hamburger. You put one of those among other stuff between two pieces of grilled toast (I'm pretty sure it's on Herkkules' menu too, since they have the sausage). The name "Porilainen" just means someone or something from Pori (same as Hamburger means a man from Hamburg, as we call burgers "purilainen/hampurilainen" for burger/hamburger).

At the time of filming he might not know when she's going to release hers in comparison to his. The videos are all on a backlog and Randy does a lot more challenges than she does. From August of last year to March or April of this year she didn't do any challenges at all.
