Sir, Pillsbury learned play chess on sixteen years old!! And only six years after that, won the Hastings Tournament in 1895... Incredible, amazing, fantastic, and inimaginable too! Cheers from Brazil

I'm glad you enjoyed both the game and the commentary I'm trying my best with my commentery but I know that I can still sound better and use the English language better. But with time, I hope, I will improve to that level one day. Thanks again, stay safe and take care sir.

Its good to hear that you feel good and you are healthy again which is the most importand thing in life I believe and than happiness is very importand after good health and if chess makes you happy than you should play chess, participate in tournaments and play as much as you can. I only play online chess and that makes me happy. I was also very ill around the times you were ill so I'm also feeling good again and now I'm back on track, thanks again for watching, for your comments and for your support dear chess friend, take care and stay safe.

How great was Pillsbury! Here he played against a strong player but anyway he settled up such a strong and complicated attack full of the beatiful variations you showed us! The point is, one can see the move when you ask to find it (today I missed them anyway😒🙂) but He calculated all of them before starting the attack, which is really astonishing.

You are very welcome sir, thank you very much for watching and for your kind comments. Indeed Pillsbury was a special player he was a great player with an incredible talent, even though he started to play chess at an old age he was the first player to play blindfold chess against 20 people in a simul. Morphy did against at most 8 people. Unfortunately he had a serious health issue and he died at the age of 33 at my current age actually, he was just so unlucky. I'm not very religious but I hope he is at heaven in a happy place. Take care and stay safe sir.

Deadly commando attack...so many pieces have converged on the hapless black king! Sir, after the smashing white move (27) of bishop x g6, black played r- b6 and white simply captured the b6 rook. Don't you think p-e6 would have negated the r-b6 threat? Rather than simplifying, it keeps all earlier threats open and wins stylishly. Do tell me if if missed anything. I looked at all options after that and white ends up winning inside of 6/7 moves.
