Matrix is a cool way to put it. What it REALLY is is when a boxer shuts off his mind and just fights, it's ring sense it happens in the gym just hitting the bag and it happens in sparring it's a feeling you can't describe I've tried. It just feels so natural when it happens you barely realise you're fighting and it's almost involuntary sometimes. Truly an incredible feeling.

It’s funny because that transcends other skill sets. I’m a musician and when playing and improvising with other people you want to lose yourself in it, it’s like a meditative state where you aren’t using your regular thinking brain because it’s not fast enough. But you are on an autopilot and everything you do just works, it’s a really cool thing but you have to be really good to be able to do this

Can you imagine how proud you’d be as a creator of a movie series (the matrix) and for the name of that series to be used as an explanation of body movements in a real sport like boxing I don’t think the Wachowski ever even boxd but even though that’ll feel amazing

Every time I see a Mike Tyson clip I'm reminded of how powerful every punch he throws is. He's truly in another league and uses his whole body to get the maximum out of a hit.
