Turbo 6 Cylinder Subaru WRX STI makes the most power yet!

The Turbo EG33 Swapped Subaru WRX STI is back on the rollers and we are making some more improvements. The Dyno is fully functional now so we do have power figures! We pushed the car as far as we could but ran out of fuel pump. The STI currently utilizes a drop in Radium Fuel Pump hanger with Two Walbro 535LPH Fuel pumps. We are only at 60% Injector duty so we still have more room to grow. Car out down some impressive numbers but we are back to a few changes to make this car even better.

Great job Tanner and bader :-) I maxed out my ej20k with 40psi with a fpzero so I know the trials it takes to get a car up to this level! Now watch your axles start snappin like mine did :-)

@Smeedia I agree. It didn't sound like it was wanting to nose over on any of the earlier pulls. Just that last one at the very end. Honestly, it is very impressive, considering it had just reground cams. Im not sure if you had any head porting done. The bigger turbine will help free up air on the top end as well. I really would recommend upgrading the turbo while you're in there.

FYI for those of us with VA STIs that go with the Siebon trunk. If you replace the trunk torsion bars with WRX ones the trunk won't fly open as bad. They'll run you about 60 for the pair.

This was one of my deam builds that I would do if I had all expenses sparred. 6 cyl torque is hard to beat and hopefully the reliability of these is a bit better than some of the EJ grenades. The exhaust sound is unique and just as good as I expected. Great work Guys! Maybe experiment with dry ice chilled intercoolers for a more dense charge and maybe some water/meth if not already in the works
