I just normally stick with the bold flavor, that seems to give me the most flavor that I’m looking for. There are plenty of flavors to pick from and I could kind of just make it a theme like maple, pecan, cherry or whatever depending on the cook.

If you score that breast bone with your knife, it will break a little easier and usually give you a cleaner, more even break. Love your content, Steve!
