One of my all time favorite recipes! I absolutely LOVE chicken wings. I hope this simple recipe will show you how to create one of my favorites! Please like and subscribe for more!
Marinade Recipe:
1 Cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1/2 Bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 Soy Sauce
1/4 Worcestershire sauce

I used this marinade recipe and smoking method this evening. I used a different commercial chicken rub and I used a chunk of hickory in with the coals. Best wings I’ve ever made. Thanks!

Awesome! Are they pretty crispy the way you did it? Or should you go longer? I got my first charcoal grill a year ago and still learning. Lol I’m used to a gas grill. Which I still like. For certain things.

Easier to remove air from the bag by dunking the whole thing in the sink. It will ALMOST create a vacuum.

Don't throw the tip out. Throw it in the freezer and use it when you make stock.

Tried this out. Didn't have any Italian dressing do I subbed about half pickle juice. Myyyyy goodness.

Depends..usually 30 each if you have it at 375
