Condiments, equipment, utensils, fuel, oil,and the list goes on and on. He listens to his customers and explains and thank come up with new solutions, this is how you deal with adversity

I think once you franchise the quality gonna go down and you invite more critics than customers but in turn you get more money for you and your family there's always goods and bads.
