Smoked Rib Tips on a Wood Pellet Grill (Traeger)

We recently did a video demonstrating how to trim pork spare ribs to St. Louis ribs. Instead of tossing the rib tips, we're here to show you how you can repurpose them into a delicious meal! In this video, we used our #Traeger Texas Elite to smoke them.
This is a pretty simple recipe that will take you around four hours to cook.
