Just want this shit over 😩 I’ll never smoke again it’s just not worth it for me anymore.. I wanna be sober.. shoutout to everyone on the journey 💪 your not alone! ❤️

No doubt it’s normal to feel that anxiety and irritability, that most definitely goes away with time . Everyone’s time frame is a bit different but you can speed up those things by lifting weights or workouts to get you sweating it out and feeling good. If you want to quit you can no doubt , just unfortunately takes some time to get back to normal cannabinoid levels. I’m 44 days clean from thc and have none of the weed induced anxiety and irritability, doesn’t take that long but just want to say there is definitely “light at the end of the tunnel “

@@mickceltic67 yessir sounds like you are on the right path , exactly it’s just the process of the addiction leaving the body , for sure had the insomnia happening for a few weeks but I was able to go back to sleep easily, I don’t get that at all anymore really . Ya I feel like you will be feeling much better when the new year hits , the process is so worth it if cannabis negatively impacted you like that , ya those carts are dangerous so that’s great you are in realization of what’s going on with your habits . This small amount of time where you don’t feel 100% is leading you to eventually feeling great all the time , but yes some does are not all sunshine but that’s how it is . If you start to get depressed don’t worry it’s completely normal since your cannabinoid system doesn’t have the stuff it’s use to getting . When we smoke we get the dopamine hit and when you take it away it has to rebalance and realize it’s not going to get that anymore. Ya you are on a good path and have a great channel to follow to help you out . Yessir thank you cheers to you and your journey

I was abusing the shit out of it to the point where 5,6,7,8 cones weren’t enough I kept going and going honestly you could catch me chain smoking that shit for hours and I tried quitting so many times although I knew all along I didn’t ever actually wanna stop because I always kept it around as a “just in case” I have psychosis, paranoia, it affects the way I view everything and everyone around me, I can’t focus, I’m not as intelligent, when I speak I always jumble my words/make up words even though in my head I think I’m saying something that makes sense, I had seizures because of it, sleep paralysis, horrific, twisted dreams, just before I quit I would see demons crawling around in my room, I could feel them gripping onto me, when I’d lay in bed I’d feel like bricks were being dropped onto my back and suffocating me into my sheets, i started skin picking, scratching at my skin until it bled because I couldn’t tell if I was actually itchy or not. I’m so ashamed I can’t keep eye contact, I always have my head down because I feel like people can see right through me, like they know. I did it because when I realised I could close my eyes and my imagination would become my reality when I opened them again it became my “friend”. I don’t regret it but I do because although I have had my worst times on it, I have also had the ability to reach euphorias I didn’t even know existed. But now I can’t even remember what “normal” feels like, everything feels like I’m still stuck in a fuzzy dream. Like I’m constantly waking up every second but I’m trapped in one second of timeline for God knows how long. I’ve been clean for 19 days and I honestly miss it but I am terrified of touching it again so I threw everything out, including my pipe and lighter, I want to be better but I feel like I’m going crazy without it. 99.9% of the things I say now are just for the fuck of it/make no sense because I don’t know how to keep a conversation anymore. I’m embarrassed and I want to do it again so bad. Now paranoia has become my life. I dream about smoking again, I can see it and taste it when I have sleep paralysis. I don’t know what to do

Just saying in my experience the really crazy dreams only lasted 1-3 weeks can’t exactly remember but they will show you what your brain has digested. I honestly looked forward to them so I knew what was going on in my head a little bit. All those other things can be avoided by slowing down consumption aka “weening” off the addiction I had no issues when I did so besides cold sweats for three nights and the irritability at first . But up to you if you want to consume cannabis, everyone’s situation is different

Tbh I hate dreaming again, especially after drinking! I have social anxiety, so it only made me feel worse before going to work the next morning. I felt depressed and so anxious I almost took the day off, which would’ve made things worse because I am so close to getting fired for calling off more than once in a month. I used to be into lucid dreaming a lot, so maybe now that I can finally dream again I can go back to that. Only drugs I gotta stop using now are the painkillers.

After 3 to 4 days with no REM sleep, you start to hallucinate and experience psychosis, people who have smoked for 30+ years would be an impossibility. I notice looking through your channel it’s not about your journey or helping others. It’s about views and content. You’ve dedicated a whole channel to hating on cannabis with a bunch of opinionated and bias statements implied toward the difference between use abuse and addiction equally to everyone 😂.. my point is how long are you going to keep this up? It would be understandable if your whole channel wasn’t dedicated to it buttt 😂. People that find medicinal benefits and a better quality of life and overall a passion for the plant aren’t going to relate or listen to you because really in the end what it all boils down to is it’s not for you. It doesn’t work for you and it would be much simpler just to say that instead of contributing to the stigma and resulting judgment that society has towards users

I met old timers out there that got insane PTSD that there doctors told them this is the best medication cause when they sleep without it they'll have crazy flash back dreams of being in a war again but much crazier & I feel bad for um as a weed user my self, I would say is stick to it if it helps them out a lot.💯👍

Hello brother I’ve quit for 8 days now. I do still struggle with other addictions. Do you recommend to tackle multiple addictions at once, or one by one. Peace.
@bobjoe7492

Probably easier to do one by one although if you see yourself replacing one addiction with more of another, may be worth it to quit all of them together. Just depends on your reasoning for quitting

Yh I’ve not had a proper full dream in over ten years. Get the tiniest snippets of dream maybe two three times a year and it’s always days I’ve only smoked a little. I always forget them as soon as wake up aswell sit there “like did that just happen ?“ I have crazy bags under my eyes but sleep 8-9 hours every night, the only other person I no with purple bags like mine is also a heavy everyday smoker for over 15 years . So the ganja definitely has a few drawbacks to abusing it

Yeah well what if you always have nightmares if you don’t smoke weed? Like even if I go years without it. I have sleep Parlyzis or whatever not even going to attempt to spell it. As well dreams were I’m getting raped. When I smoke I do not have these dreams. Is this an okay alternayive to other medications

Im still currently smoking spliffs (weed with tobacco) and have been doing so daily for the past 5-7 years. I want to stop my use, but i find myself always coming back to weed, a part of me feels like im not ready since i cant even commit to truly not smoking for even 1 day out of my own decision. Its helped me in ways, but i think at this point of my life, being 23 and needing to be more responisble, and on top of my own life, its time to stop, but ill still be using for the next 2 days. Does anyone have any tips of how to manage/handle the first few days of not smoking weed?

I'm late but a good bit of advice is to get 2 weeks worth of sleeping tablets so no insomnia and no vivid dreams and they ever stop 70% of withdrawal symptoms

so true. havent dreamed in a while but i stopped recently. had a dream about a pincher bug but giant water version eating people and other wild animals rampaging through the street. then i hid on the side of a cliff where an cat who lived in the wall opened up the wall and let me in. inside was a waterfall made of oodles of noodles. there was also a pirate who for eternity would dug up a treasure and sometimes this flying dog would be in there instead of the treasure to spook the piarate but the pirate would pour boiling hot pork n beans into the barely cracked open treasure chest to piss off the dog.

yeah I hear that a lot from stoners. "I make a lot of money and I smoke weed!" You can be an alcoholic and make good money too. How much money you make has nothing to do with your physical and mental health. The side effects of weed are mostly mental and spiritual.
