I want to say thank you so much for posting your recipes. I’m a newlywed and my husband is diabetic and loves to eat homemade meals. Your channel popped up on my feed and I’ve tried them but tweek them a little to make it low carb. For instance I didn’t put the potatoes in the stewed chicken, and instead of rice I used riced cauliflower. I also made your southern green beans recipe without the potatoes. I make enough for his meal prep and his co-workers are so jealous he comes in with homemade meals. My husband was almost taken off his job because his A1-c was so high before we got married but because of your channel for some good southern cooking and taking out half the carbs, his A1-c went from 10.2 down to 7.3 in a matter of 30 days. I use a lot of your recipes and just take out a lot of the carbs and it helps. Sorry for taking so long to subscribe but your recipes rock!! Thank you!!

I made this for dinner tonight and ate a plate for breakfast. When I tell you I will never not make this for dinner at least 1 to twice a week from now on🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. I thought I messed it up, but Baabbby this was it!!! I used drum sticks, made white rice and corn bread at 3am. Them chunks of onions was a delightful touch sir🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
