Loving your work Dutch Boys! Those shots of the roundhouse with the fire and the stars just magic! Love roundhouses but glad i live in a time where we have 'blankies' and pillows #old person lol. I used to make bows and arrows with privet and knife when i was a kid then go down to a gully in the park, hide in the trees and shoot big boys passing through he he he, great fun!

A draw knife might be a handy thing for you guys to have in camp, with all of the wood working you do. Its still pretty crude, I don't think it would take away from the basic tools theme that you're going for.

Per persoon je eigen hut maken en je eigen vuur plaats. Ook voor het verzamelen van eten zouden jullie allen het mes mogen gebruiken tenzij je het zelf maakt met de hulp van je mes . You weaken your bow by removing the bark. If you remove the bark you have to work it down to a single growth ring exposed on the back. I have made many bows and I always leave the bark on. I enjoy your channel. Keep up the adventures. Go with God.

I'm glad you got a judge for this one, it was rough watching you guys trying to decide the winner on your own in the last bow making challenge. Also, Julius, you've got to get over the fact that you guys have got "stuff" now, especially at a semi-permanent base camp like this. I understand that you enjoy roughing it with as little "stuff" as possible, but stop making Dylan feel bad about wanting a few creature comforts out in the woods, because making fun of the "glamping" is just going to slowly drain all the fun out of the experience for him, until you've got no one to do this with... not saying I know what goes on in Dylan's head or anything, just that I've seen behavior like Julius' in a lot of people (including myself) and I know that while it might be MEANT playfully, it adds up over time until it's just not fun any more.
