I haven’t played in many many years, since high school when we carried them in our pockets and played for 5 minutes in between class (8 minutes in between). Out of the blue I decided to get one and just arrived a bit ago. I forgot how much of a workout it is. I’m pretty active and still my legs and thighs are on fire after just a couple of minutes. Watching your video makes me see just how much of a body workout hacky is. Thanks for this tutorial!

As a footballer I tried to juggle a hacks sack once and struggled I couldn’t wrap my head around it not bouncing back up like any ball would do 😂

Different feel but if you can juggle a soccer / football, you just need some reps to get the feel. I encourage you to give it another go!
